Gymnastics

 

The Hobart PCYC has a huge range of Gymnastics Programs and Classes available for a variety of ages and skill level from our popular Rocket Tots, structured levels as well as adults.

Self Defence

     Senior Strength Training

 

 This program aims to increase the quantity and quality of strength training available for people over 50 years.


Times: Tuesdays; 9.00-10.00 & 10.00-11.15 am

        Friday; 8.30-9.30 am.
